What does MyVaultMate do?
MyVaultMate scans your team's Windows PCs and cloud drives for unprotected personal data (PII), then prioritizes what to fix. It classifies each finding against the PII, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI frameworks.
Do you store the actual sensitive data you find?
No. Findings are stored as metadata only — the PII type, severity, file location, and at most a short redacted sample such as ***-**-1234. Your raw files never leave your machines: the agent submits only metadata, and the platform has no way to receive or store a raw PII value.
How does the desktop agent work?
You install the lightweight Windows agent on each PC, register it with an org-scoped API token from your dashboard, and it scans on the schedule you set in Agent Settings, submitting findings back to your dashboard.
How is billing handled?
Three self-serve monthly plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale — each with a 14-day free trial. Founding members (first 15 organizations) lock in 50% off for life. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Can I export reports?
Yes — a branded PDF summary across all your PCs (with your company logo) and a full XLSX/CSV findings export, from the dashboard.
Who can manage our organization?
Each organization can have multiple administrators (manage users, devices, billing, agent settings) and members (view results). Any member can be flagged to receive billing email.
