  1. 1. Create your organization & start your trial

    Register an account, create your organization, and your 14-day trial starts automatically. Invite teammates as administrators or members under Members.

  2. 2. Generate an agent token

    In the dashboard, open Agent tokens (admins only) and create a token. Copy it immediately — it's shown only once and is stored as a hash. Tokens are org-scoped and revocable.

  3. 3. Install the Windows agent on each PC

    Install the lightweight agent on every PC you want covered and paste in the token. Each PC registers itself as a device (subject to your plan's device allowance). You can also pre-register or remove devices from the dashboard under Devices.

  4. 4. Configure scanning in Agent Settings

    Under Agent settings, set the scan schedule (hourly, daily, weekly, or manual), the time of day, and the paths to scan. The agent polls these settings and scans accordingly — local drives, cloud folders, external disks, and (via OCR/transcription) images, audio, and video.

  5. 5. Review findings & export reports

    Findings appear in your dashboard, prioritized Critical → Low and tagged by compliance framework (PII, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI). Export a branded PDF summary across all PCs (add your company logo under Settings) or a full findings export as XLSX/CSV.

  6. Tips for efficient use

    • Schedule scans for off-hours (e.g. 2:00 AM) to avoid impacting staff.
    • Fix Critical and High findings first — they drive your compliance risk.
    • Flag the right people as billing recipients so invoices reach the right inbox.
    • Upload your company logo so exported reports are client-ready.
